Elegant premium bank branch in São Paulo

An elegant premium bank branch, located on the famous Oscar Freire street in São Paulo's beautiful Jardins district. The street, which already has outstanding facades fronting its restaurants, bars, fashion shops and hotels, was awarded the refurbishment of the region's leading bank branch in August 2019.

In 2018, the bank's architecture team asked ULMA Architectural Solutions for professional advice to develop an exclusive facade for its premium branches.

ULMA's technical team used the CREAKTIVE range to come up with a new exclusive panel mold to be installed in the client's branch network, taking inspiration from its logo.

Over the course of 30 days, our experienced technical department intricately developed a suitable scale for the low relief element, ensuring the logo achieves a balance between shade and light when exposed.

The engineered stone panel was sized at 80 cm x 80 cm for easier application on different surfaces and walls and in a range of branches, while remaining dynamic enough for cutting on site and to serve stores in different environments.

Applied in just over a week, ULMA's ventilated facade system was installed on the same watertight coated masonry surface as the agency's previous one.

Following the refurbishment, the agency decided to switch to a ventilated facade, which provides high durability and low maintenance, along with a unique, exclusive esthetic appearance for the brand.
