What makes us return?
Last weekend, I had something to celebrate.
I am the kind of person who believes that life is made up of small moments and that the more we accumulate and the happier they are, the richer our existence will be.
A suitcase of memories and experiences, essentially.
That said, on Saturday we wanted to celebrate a small great accomplishment.
We wanted to go out to dinner, and I knew where I wanted to go from the start.
The atmosphere, the service, the quality, and the price of this place made it clear we had to go there to celebrate.
It didn’t take me long to make up my mind.
Wouldn’t it be great if all decisions were that simple and quick?
But this only happens when something is good and meets our expectations. That’s when it makes us return, and we never hesitate to go back because they never fail to please. That’s what makes us regular customers.
Today I’d like to tell you about the customers who have also been working with our solutions and services for years.
They’ve come back to us not 2, not 3 but up to 12 times or more.
The restoration of this building in Gandia, southeast of Spain is one such example. EXNOVA construction company has been renovating buildings using our architectural precasts for more than 12 years.
This will come as no surprise as its catchment area is on the coast and buildings in this area often have problems related to saltpeter.
The saline environment and ambient humidity are the most common causes of deterioration in beachfront facades. For this project, it was the terrace slab faces that needed replacing. Specifically, 750 meters of the FFL model.
As our material is practically waterproof and non-porous (doesn’t absorb moisture), it makes it more resistant to these saline environments. Its properties grant facades long-lasting durability and they’re ideal for these types of constructions.
